A 33-year-old man from Ellesmere Port has been charged following a burglary at a golf centre in the town.
Robert Powell, of Campion Place, was arrested on Cheshire Road in Little Sutton at around 1am on Friday 20 December.
He has subsequently been charged with burglary and resisting arrest.
The charges relate to an incident at a golf centre on Cheshire Road in Little Sutton that occurred on the same night.
Powell has been released on conditional bail and is due to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 10 January.
