Man charged with firearm offence in-connection with incident in Ellesmere Port

Detectives have charged a man with attempted murder and a firearm offence in-connection with an incident in Ellesmere Port.
Liam Cameron, aged 26, of Camden Road in Ellesmere Port has been charged with attempted murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, possession a firearm with intent and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, heroin and cocaine.
Nathan Elliott, aged 26, of Faraday Road in Ellesmere Port has been charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine.
Both men appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday 3 December and have been remanded until Thursday 2 January.
A 43-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and has been released on conditional bail.
The charges relate to an incident which took place at 2.25pm on Saturday 30 November involving a man being shot on Enfield Road.
