A 40-year-old woman from Chester has been charged with a count of fraud by false representation and possessing an article for use in connection with a fraud.
Mia Cavalli, of Cuppin Street, was charged on Friday 10 January and appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Saturday 11 January where she was remanded until Friday 7 February.
The charge relates to an alleged fraud which took place between September 2019 and January 2020 involving an 81-year-old man in the Chester area.
