Coronavirus (Covid-19): We're asking you please to only call 999 if it is an emergency and 101 if it is urgent. If you can, use our online services. If you’re looking for information about the government instruction to stay at home and how that may affect you, you'll find guidance on Gov.uk. We’ll be updating information on our services over the coming days, please check online for those updates.

With immediate effect we will be operating helpdesks from main police stations only and by appointment only.

Services on our website
Many of the services that we provide at our helpdesks can now be carried out online via this website. We are experiencing some increased waiting times for non-emergency matters at the moment and we recommend trying the website first.
If you do need to speak to us in person and the matter does not require an urgent police response you can phone us on 101 and select option 1 to request an appointment at your nearest of the above helpdesks.
