An officer detaining a man on a moped in Ellesmere Port has led to a 20-year-old from the town being charged with four offences.
Bailey Davies, of Oliver Lane, Great Sutton, was arrested on Pound Road, Little Sutton, shortly after 2.30pm on Tuesday 14 April.
He has since been charged with possessing with intent to supply a class B drug (cannabis) and possessing criminal property.
Davies has also been charged with riding a moped without a licence and without insurance.
He appeared at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 15 April.
Davies was remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Wednesday 13 May.
