Detectives have charged two men with firearm offences in-connection with an incident in Crewe.
Kenneth Stevenson, of Flag Lane in Crewe, was arrested on Wednesday 29 April.
The 24-year-old has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and affray.
Nyle Smith, of Artle Road in Crewe, was arrested on Wednesday 29 April.
The 24-year-old has subsequently been charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and affray.
Stevenson and Smith are due to appear at Crewe Magistrates’ Court on Friday 1 May.
The charges relate to an incident, which took place at 10pm on Sunday 19 April outside an address on The Birches in Davenport.
On Thursday 30 April a 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm. He remains in police custody being questioned by detectives.
A fourth man remains outstanding and officers continue their enquiries.
