A 29-year-old man has been charged following an aggravated burglary in Warrington.
Lee Jevons, of Kirkstall Road, Davyhulme, Trafford, Greater Manchester, appeared at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Monday 6 July via a video link.
He has been charged with aggravated burglary, possession of a bladed article in a public place and using violence to secure entry to a domestic property.
The charges relate to an incident in Pipit Lane, Birchwood, Warrington.
A man from Warrington sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident, which occurred at around 3pm on Friday 3 July.
The man in his 40s received hospital treatment for his injuries and has since been discharged.
Jevons has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Liverpool Crown Court via a video link on Monday 3 August.
