Police have charged a 38-year-old man with drug offences.
Sam Walker, from Liverpool, has been charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis, possession of counterfeit currency and driving while disqualified.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at Warrington Magistrates Court on Tuesday 31 August.
The charge relates to officers stopping a car on Chester Road in Runcorn on Sunday 29 August and seizing a quantity of drugs and cash.
