Man charged following investigation into sexual offences in Warrington

Officers from Warrington Beat Management Team investigating sexual offences in the town have charged a man.
Dorniel Nica, 28, of Cherry Road, Chester, was arrested and subsequently charged with voyeurism and attempt to observe a person doing a private act.
He was remanded into custody to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on 4 October where he was further remanded to appear at Crewe Magistrates’ Court on 10 October.
The charges relate to an incident on 2 October in the public toilets in Golden Square, Bewsey and Whitecross.
