Officers investigating an attempted robbery in Warrington have charged a man in connection to the incident.
Shaun Scanlon, 46, from Orford, Warrington, has been charged on possession of a knife/sharp object in a public place.
He was remanded into custody and will appear at Chester Magistrates Court today, Monday 13 June.
The charge relates to an incident that took place on Friday 10 June on Winwick Street, Warrington.
