Two men who were arrested in connection with the theft of a catalytic converter in Chester have now been charged with a number of offences.
Brian Ward and Charlie Ward, were both arrested on Thursday 11 August in connection with the theft of a catalytic converter from a car which was parked at the Greyhund retail park in Chester.
Brian Ward, aged 28, of Oxford Road, Ryton-on-Dunsmore, and Charlie Ward, aged 30, of Cricketfield Road, West Drayton, have both since been charged with three counts of theft from a motor vehicle and one count of going equipped for theft.
The pair were remanded in custody and were set appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Friday 12 August.
