Detectives investigating a stabbing in Ellesmere Port have charged two men.
Feld Williams, aged 31, of Countess Court in Bache and Alexander Cooke, aged 29, of John Nicholas Crescent has been charged with section 18 wounding with intent.
Both men have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Monday 22 August.
The charges relate to a 41-year-old man located shortly before 4am on Monday 15 August inside a property on Cambridge Road with multiple stab wounds to his head, neck and body.
A 52-year-old man arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent has since been released under investigation.
Two men, aged 30 and 36, were arrested on suspicion of section 18 wounding with intent and have since been released on conditional bail.
