Police investigating a serious assault in Ellesmere Port have charged a man in relation to the incident.
Fadly Khalil was arrested on Monday 9 October following reports of an incident at around 10.10pm on Monday 9 October in Grace Road, Ellesmere Port.
The 35-year-old, of Grace Road, Ellesmere Port, has since been charged with section 18 assault. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 11 October.
