A man from Winsford has been charged with drugs offences following a stop check in the town.
Iain Alexander was stopped by officers at around 4pm on Monday 9 October on Saxons Crossway.
The 32-year-old of Robinson Lane, Winsford, has since been charged with two counts possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (heroin and cocaine) and possession with intent to supply Class B drugs (cannabis).
He was also charged with possession of criminal property, possession of a weapon designed to discharge electrical incapacitation, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
Alexander has been remanded in police custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 11 October.
