A man has been charged following an incident on the M6 northbound.
Paul Rose, 34, of Wythenshawe Road, Manchester, was arrested on Wednesday 8 November.
He has since been charged with dangerous driving, using a cloned number plate, and driving without insurance.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Friday 10 November.
The charges relate to an incident where police stopped a vehicle near to junction 20 of the M6 northbound on Wednesday 8 November.
