Detectives investigating an attempted burglary in Chester have charged a man in relation to the incident.
Stephen Prior was arrested on Monday 30 October in relation to an attempted burglary at an address on Western Avenue which occurred on Sunday 15 October.
The 44-year-old of no fixed abode, was subsequently charged with one count of attempted burglary with intent to steal.
He was also charged with two counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order.
Prior appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 31 October where he was remanded in custody. He is next set to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Monday 6 November.
