Officers in Macclesfield have charged a man in relation to drugs offences.
Paul Bradley, 40, of Lyme Avenue, Macclesfield, was arrested on Friday 17 November.
He was subsequently charged with possession of criminal property, possession of a bladed article, and possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A - cocaine and heroin.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 18 November. He was further remanded to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday 18 December.
The charges relate to an incident on Half Street, Macclesfield, shortly after 11am on Friday 17 November, in which a man was stopped and searched by police.
