Detectives have charged two men in connection with drug offences.
The men were arrested on Tuesday 25 April following a warrant at an address in Widnes.
Joseph Eccleston, 35, of Peel House Lane, Widnes, has since been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (cocaine, heroin), possession of an offensive weapon in a private place, affray and failing to provide a sample for a drugs test.
Callum Taylor, 24, of Plumley Gardens, Widnes, has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (cocaine, heroin).
The pair appeared at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 27 April where they were remanded in custody and are next set to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday 25 May.
