UPDATE | Man charged following reports of an attempted abduction in Warrington

Detectives investigating reports of an attempted abduction in Warrington have charged a man in relation to the incident.
Mariyan Grudev, of Salisbury Street, Fairfield and Howley, Warrington, was arrested on Sunday 30 July.
The 37-year-old has since been charged with attempted rape. He has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court later today, Tuesday 1 August.
The charge relates to an incident which occurred in the early hours of Saturday 29 July near to Majestic Wines on Winwick Road.
