Woman charged in connection with drug offences

Officers from Widnes CID Proactive Team have charged a woman in connection with drug offences.
Georgia O’Brien was arrested on Wednesday 17 August following a stop and search conducted by officers on Halton View Road, Widnes.
The 24-year-old of Atwell Street, Liverpool, has since been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (heroin, crack cocaine), possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and possession of criminal property.
She has been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday 22 September.
