Detectives have charged a man from Ellesmere Port in relation to several burglaries at businesses across the town.
Mark Latham, of Lime Street, Ellesmere Port, was arrested on Friday 1 September.
The 52-year-old has since been charged with four counts of burglary, one count of attempted burglary, attempted theft and fraud.
Latham appeared at Crewe Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 2 September where he was remanded in custody; He is next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday 2 October.
The charges relate to a series of burglaries and thefts that have taken place at businesses across Ellesmere Port between Friday 5 May and Tuesday 29 August.
