Detectives have charged a man from Northwich with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.
Ryan Moss was arrested shortly after 7am on Wednesday 6 September after he was stopped by plain clothed officers on Boundary Lane North, Cuddington.
The 34-year-old has since been charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs (cocaine), being concerned in the supply of class A and B drugs (cocaine and ketamine) and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty.
Moss, of Waterbank Row, Northwich, has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court later today, Thursday 7 September.
