Five men charged in connection to Warrington burglary series

Detectives investigating a series of burglaries in Warrington have charged five men in connection to the incidents.
On Thursday 25 January, officers from Warrington Proactive Policing Team (PPT), supported by colleagues from Halton PPT, Macclesfield PPT and Greater Manchester Police, conducted a series of warrants across Greater Manchester.
Five men were arrested during the raids, and a number of other items were also seized.
Following questioning all five men have been charged with conspiracy to burgle, their details are –
Harley Jones-Joyce, 18, of Hollyhedge Road, Manchester
Niall Richie, 18, of Plowden Road, Manchester
Conrad Strachan 20, of Hearle Drive, Manchester
Harry Hosker, 28, of Glazebrook Lane, Rixton-with-Glazebrook
Alex Higson, 28, of HMP Liverpool
The charges relate to nine burglaries which occurred in the Warrington East area between August and November 2023.
All five men have been remanded in custody and are set to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court later today, Friday 26 January.
