Detectives investigating the supply of Cannabis in Runcorn have charged a man in relation to the incident.
Martin Salmon was arrested on The Brow in Runcorn on Tuesday 13 February as part of a pre-planned operation.
The 40-year-old of Greenbridge Close, Runcorn, has since been charged with being concerned in the supply of class B drugs (cannabis).
He appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on Wednesday 14 February where he was remanded in custody.
Salmon is next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Wednesday 13 March.
Two other local men, both aged 20, have also been arrested as part of the enquiries, they have since been released under investigation.
