Detectives investigating reports of human trafficking in Frodsham have charged three people in relation to the offences.
Tuan Khac Doan, 37, and Thi Hoang, 29, both of Sandfields, Frodsham, and Dinh So Phan, 61, of Penlee Close, Bedford, have been charged with conspiring to arrange or facilitate travel of another person with a view to exploitation.
They been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday 22 July.
The charges relate to an immigration visit at an address on Church Street, Frodsham, on Tuesday 12 December, 2023.
