A man who was arrested following an incident on Burgess Place, Northwich has now been charged.
Robert McNally has been charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear or harm and criminal damage.
The 43-year-old, of Burgess Place, Northwich, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Chester Magistrates Court later today, Wednesday 10 July.
