Detectives investigating the discovery of a cannabis farm at a property on High Street, Crewe, have charged a man in relation to the incident.
Thang Nguyen, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Friday 26 July.
The 54-year-old has since been charged with production of class B drugs (cannabis).
Nguyen has been remanded in custody and is next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Tuesday 27 August.
