A man who was arrested following a drugs raid in Chester has now been charged.
Tahir Ahmed was arrested on Friday 5 July after officers from Western Problem Solving team, with the assistance of Beat management team and Chester Proactive policing team, executed a warrant at an address on Sherbourne Avenue.
The 30-year-old has since been charged with two counts of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs (Heroin and Cocaine) and one count of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs (cannabis)
Ahmed, of Sherbourne Avenue, Chester, appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Saturday 6 July where he was remanded in custody.
He is next set to appear at Chester Crown court on Monday 5 August.
A second man who was arrested during the warrant has been released on bail.
