Officers investigating a disturbance on an estate Runcorn have now charged a man in relation to the incident.
At around 6.50pm on Monday 16 September, police were called to reports of a disturbance outside an address in the Grangemoor area.
The caller reported a group of men, possibly armed with weapons, were attacking an address.
Following enquires officers arrested a 45-year-old local man in relation to the incident.
Conrad Minchion, of Grangemoor, Runcorn, has been charged with one count of assault and one count of violent disorder.
He has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court later today, Thursday 19 September.
