Detectives investigating a series of burglaries in Northwich town centre have charged a man in relation to the incidents.
Between Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 January police received reports that a bar in the Bullring area had been burgled on three separate occasions, and nearly £1,000 worth of alcohol had been stolen.
A nearby business premises also reported at an attempted burglary during the same period.
Following enquiries officers arrested in relation to the incidents.
Richard Ennis, of Recency Way, Winsford, has since been charged with three counts of burglary other than a dwelling and one count of attempted burglary other than a dwelling.
The 46-year-old was also charged with one count of theft and two counts of fraud by false representation.
Ennis has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court later today, Tuesday 14 January 2025.
