Officers in Widnes have charged a man in relation to the breach of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
Johnathan Wilson was arrested around 4.50am on Monday 19 May and has since been charged with the breach of a SHPO.
Willson was also charged with three counts making indecent photographs of a child.
Wilson, 40, of Grizedale, Widnes, appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 20 May and has been remanded in custody.
