Cheshire Constabulary speaks to a sample of their customers on a monthly basis to find out how satisfied they are with the way their incident or crime was dealt with. Results gained are used to try and improve service moving forward.

Our Customer Satisfaction surveys are conducted by Leicestershire Constabulary.

In addition to Customer Satisfaction surveys, the Constabulary asks for the views of 2500 residents a year on matters such as dealing with crime and anti-social behaviour. This is done via a Public Perception Survey.

Our Public Perception surveys are conducted by a market research company called Marketing Means Ltd, based in Devon.

The Force has worked with this company since April 2019, following the results of a tender process. We have also used them to conduct surveys for us in the past.

Prior to working with Marketing Means Ltd, the Constabulary worked for a number of years with another company based in West Yorkshire.
