Staff support networks
We have 8 support networks for our staff and officers which help colleagues by providing them with a forum for individuals to come together, to share ideas, raise awareness of challenges and offer confidential support. This allows everyone to be their authentic self in the workplace and give them the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
