Conduct

Allegation One
Whilst a serving police officer for Cheshire Police you have been concerned in the supply of anabolic steroids, a controlled drug of Class C.

In doing so, you have compromised your position as a police officer and behaved in a manner which discredits the police service with the potential to undermine public confidence. It is alleged that you have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Honesty & Integrity and Discreditable Conduct

Contrary to paragraph 1 and 9 of Schedule 2 of the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020

Allegation Two
It is alleged that on three separate occasions whilst serving with GMP, you shared body worn video clips with XXXXXXXXXX.

In doing so, it is alleged you have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Discreditable Conduct and Confidentiality.

Contrary to paragraph 9 and 7 of Schedule 2 of the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020

Registration

In accordance with The Police Conduct Regulations 2020, the hearing will be held in public.

Any member of the public who wishes to attend the Misconduct Hearing is required to register by 4pm on Friday 14 August 2026, providing their full name, date of birth, address and contact telephone number.

Due to the capacity of the meeting room, there is a limit on the number of places available for members of the public / media. Access will, therefore, be allocated on a first come-first served basis.

Conditions of entry to Police Misconduct Hearings

• Valid photographic identification will be required to gain access to Cheshire Constabulary Headquarters.
• Please be aware that you may be subject to a search prior to entering the hearing for reasons of security.
• Mobile phones must be switched off during proceedings.
• Recording, photography or filming at Cheshire Constabulary Headquarters is not permitted.

Parking and Facilities

• There is a visitor carpark at Cheshire Constabulary Headquarters, although spaces are limited.
• All persons attending must use the main entrance and report to security where they will be directed to the visitor car park. Visitors will then be directed to reception, where they must register, before being escorted to the hearing room.
• Cheshire Constabulary Headquarters is accessible, and toilet facilities are available.
• Refreshments will not be provided and there are no public refreshment facilities available at the venue.
