Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a collision in Nantwich.
At 5.48pm on Thursday 4 September, police were called to reports of a collision in Waterlode, Nantwich.
The collision involved a black Sur-Ron electric motorbike and a pedestrian. The pedestrian, a 59-year-old man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains at this time.
The rider of the electric motorbike, a 20-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving. He remains in custody at this time.
Sergeant Andrew Dennison said:
“We are now appealing for any witnesses to get in touch with us.
“The same goes for those who may have any dashcam footage of what happened.
