Officers have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to following reports of exposure in Congleton.
Between 4.45pm and 5.10pm on Wednesday 27 May, a woman had been sat in a playing field in Back Lane, Congleton, when a man exposed himself in front of her.
The woman then left the scene.
The suspect is described as in his 20s or 30s, around 5’ 10” tall, of a medium build, and was wearing a black baseball cap, a dark-coloured short sleeved t-shirt, trousers and carrying a dark grey backpack.
The suspect was also riding a black mountain bike.
DC Doug Whitfield said:
“This incident understandably left the victim shaken and we are doing all we can to trace the man responsible.
“Enquiries have been carried out since the incident was reported, and we have now released CCTV images of a man we would like to speak to.
“If anyone has any information as to the identity of the man pictured, please get in touch with us. We would also urge the man to contact us directly.
“The same goes for anyone with any further information about the incident.
