A man has been charged following an incident in Congleton.
Matthew Wilbraham was arrested at around 3.43pm on Monday 3 March.
Wilbraham has since been charged with outraging public decency and possession of a class A drug (cocaine).
The 41-year-old has been bailed to appear at Crewe Magistrates' court on Wednesday 2 April 2025.
The charges relate to an incident on Ullswater Road, Congleton, at 3.30pm on Monday 3 March.
