Detectives investigating two burglaries at accommodation within the grounds of the Countess of Chester Hospital have charged a man in relation to the incident.
On Tuesday 22 June, police were called to reports that an unknown man had entered two flats at a residential property for medical staff within the hospital grounds.
Following enquiries, a 35-year-old man was arrested in relation to the incident.
Alan Sands, of no fixed abode in the Chester area, has since been charged with two counts of burglary.
He has been bailed to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday 15 September.
