These surveys are conducted via a telephone call made by Leicestershire Constabulary on our behalf. For more details on these surveys, visit our ‘Customer Satisfaction Surveys - Frequently Asked Questions’ page.
This survey provides Cheshire residents with an opportunity to tell us about any issues that are causing concern within their local community, to helps our local teams to focus on the things that matter to the public of Cheshire. For more details on this survey, please search for the term Resident’s Voice in the search bar on the top right of this page and select the Local Policing Unit (LPU) that best aligns to where you currently live. Please do not use this survey to report a crime to the Constabulary, this should be done via the Report tab at the top left of this page.
GoodSAM is a streaming platform used by the Constabulary to help our Force Control Centre to better engage with customers via e.g. live video links to a scene, sharing of evidence, conducting video consultations or the sharing of a person’s current location. Users of this service are invited to participate in this survey by our Call Centre staff to provide feedback on the service they received.
The Constabulary is currently running a survey campaign that asks customers a series of questions relating to the service they have received from our Vulnerability and Safeguarding Team (VAST). A link to this survey has been distributed via text message (with an ID tag of CP-RESEARCH) to a cohort of customers who we know have had contact with our VAST team in the past 6 months. Survey results will be used to gather feedback on the service individuals have received, in the hope of identifying opportunities for improvement for future service users.
