As part of our commitment to preventing violence against women and girls, we are inviting women and girls aged 16+ to join local police officers and experienced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors for a free self-defence workshop at Gracie Barra, Warrington.
This supportive and welcoming session will introduce practical self-defence techniques designed to help participants feel more confident, aware and empowered. No previous experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome.
The workshop forms part of Warrington Local Policing Unit’s ‘Hope. Empower. Resilience’ initiative, bringing partners and communities together to support the prevention of violence against women and girls and promote personal safety.

This event is open to women and girls aged 16 and over. Whether you are completely new to self-defence or looking to build your confidence, you are welcome to attend.
