What do you dream of? Care about? What excites you? Join our policing family.
Whatever your background and personal experiences, it’s quite likely you share the same values as our communities.
Throughout the year Cheshire Constabulary hold a number of in-person and online events to engage with our communities and show the benefits of working for the organisation.
With our many career paths that can be taken in the Constabulary, these events are a great opportunity to learn about our roles and the organisation as a whole, with opportunities to speak to serving officers and police staff members to learn about their journey and how you can be a part of the Cheshire policing family.
Also, through our commitment to Equality and Diversity, we’re making sure that Cheshire’s community policing better reflects the public it serves.
This means welcoming more women, older age groups, people from black and ethnic minority backgrounds, LGBT+ and those living with a disability.
We want great people and we also encourage individuality. It’s what we mean by our family.
