PLEASE NOTE – in submitting this form you have accepted responsibility that the Cycle Race/Time Trial specified herein complies with the requirements as set out under Section 31(1) Road Traffic Act 1988 (1) as amended by Road Traffic Act 1991 and Section 2(1) of the Cycle Racing on Highways Regulations 1960 (2). There will in most circumstances be no further communication re this event.
