Through our Resident’s Voice, speeding is again one of the top priorities that we are asked to tackle, with Knutsford town centre and the surrounding estates being the primary areas of note. Speeding is taken seriously and we here at Knutsford will take any and all opportunities to ensure the safety of road users and pedestrians alike. This quarter a total of 403 vehicles were caught speeding through the use of our Trucam device and our static Camera Van, with each driver either receiving a Speed Awareness Course, points on their license, or a postal requisition to attend court. Think about your speed and drive carefully!
