Residents raised concerns over ASB surrounding a property in BAGUELY AVENUE. The local Beat Manager identified the address through reported incident and Resident Voice.
Action taken:
Following consultation with Halton Housing Trust, and Cheshire Police’s Legal team, a partial closure order is being sought in relation to the problem property. This will restrict persons able to attend at or enter the property, protecting the resident from any potential exploitation, and surrounding residents from any linked ASB.
