Residents and business owners in Ellesmere Port Town Centre reported ongoing incidents of anti-social behaviour linked to a named individual. Concerns were raised about repeated disturbances, escalating behaviour, and the impact this was having on the local community, vulnerable residents, and town centre businesses.
Action taken:
In response the local Beat Team and Anti-Social Behaviour Team gathered evidence and worked together to take the appropriate action. As a result of this partnership work a 2 year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) was successfully granted against against the individual
